
General Registration
You will need to provide the Board with the following to be considered for registration:
- the relevant application form and associated fees; and
- the necessary supporting documentation (as described in the application form and accompanying Information Sheet).
Once all of the above documentation has been received in the Office, your application will be considered by the Board at its next scheduled meeting. You should not contact the Office prior to this date.
Please note: Incomplete applications will be returned for completion without registration being granted.
